Beyond Tax Solutions Guam’s online appointment system is secure, real-time and convenient. We may reach you via any online platform you prefer – Skype, Zoom, Facebook video call, Whatsapp video call, Facetime or a regular phone call. First off, we will need the contact information in the form above. Please make sure to provide your full name, an active e-mail address, and a good contact number. You may include an optional and brief description of your tax situation on the message portion. Alternatively, you may send your information via WhatsApp to 671-787-2829 (BTAX). We will then send you an invitation to our online portal. Your documents will be collected through a cloud-based software, where an online questionnaire will guide you and will serve as a checklist for you to avoid missing out on vital information.
There is no significant difference at all. Clients are served on first-come, first- served basis so as soon as you submit your information, we will start working on sending you the invitation to the portal.
We accept bank transfers (from any major US-based bank), major debit cards, credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.
We utilize the MyTaxPortal software, powered by MyTaxPrepOffice, which is a client portal that provides you and your tax preparer with the ability to safely and securely share tax documents and completed tax returns, and remotely sign your returns when it’s time for filing. Signing up is by-invitation only and your account is protected by a unique username and a password you selected, which can only be accessed by your assigned tax preparer and yourself and/or your spouse. We take the security of your tax information seriously and ensure that at any given point in time, it is our priority.
