Our promise to you is that if you had your individual tax returns prepared by us in the immediately preceding year, we’ll match the charge in the current year given there are no significant changes on your returns.
How to Claim
- On your initial consultation, submit all your relevant tax documents including your last year’s tax return preparation invoice and/or official receipt.
- Our team will estimate your tax return preparation fees as usual and then compare your total against the last year’s invoice. If there were no significant changes, we shall charge you the lower of the two totals.
Definition
Significant changes – refer to any change relating to:
a. Filing status
b. Dependents
c. Source/s of income
d. Claiming of deduction/s, including switch from standard to itemized and vice versa
e. Claiming of credit/s
f. CARES ACT claims/deductions/credits
g. Other changes not specified
Terms and Conditions
- The service in question must be referring only to individual tax return preparation offered on the same terms.
- Our Price Promise can be claimed against any competitor in the United States and its territories (for referred clients).
- We must be able to verify the lower price being offered by the competitor to our satisfaction.
- The price being matched may include all taxes (including VAT), postage and shipping charges as applicable.
- Our Price Promise applies only on the initial estimate based on the set of documents presented. Any changes/revisions/additional documents presented thereafter shall be subject to current pricing list.
- All Price Promise transactions are carried out at the discretion of Beyond Tax Solutions.
- If returns were self-prepared in the previous year, we will offer the best price to complete the tax returns based on our current price list.
- If your previous invoice from Beyond Tax Solutions does not include tax preparation services, we can price match your last year’s return tax preparation fees from any of our competitors. Same rules apply as referred clients.
- We reserve the right to withdraw this Price Promise at any time.
