Terms and conditions:

  1. The client may request for a tax preparation service by reaching out to Beyond Tax Solutions (the “Firm”) through e-mail, WhatsApp or Facebook Messaging.
  2. Before proceeding, questions and clarifications are encouraged to be forwarded to the Firm’s e-mail address. The client must accept the terms and conditions of the tax preparation service in writing or by completing the questionnaire in the portal.
  3. The client must provide complete documents and address all queries as requested by the Firm through MyTaxPortal or through the Firm’s e-mail address.
  4. The consultation session ensures an efficient tax preparation process which is tailored to the client’s needs. Only upon acceptance of the proposed consultation agenda and pricing, will the CPA initiate any professional work.
  5. The consultation fee covers the personalized professional service already rendered by the CPA prior to the session. Should there be additional work, the CPA must acquire the client’s approval before proceeding. The consultation fee can be applied to the final tax preparation invoice.
  6. Follow-up questions are highly encouraged even after the consultation if directly related to the original concern. Another session may be availed and may incur additional fees.
  7. The CPA will decide additional forms which are for the client’s best interest and/or to comply with the Internal Revenue Code and other relevant regulations. Non agreement may render withdrawal of the CPA from the engagement. The CPA is an advocate of both the client and the IRS.
  8. The initial consultation fee must be settled thru preferred major online payment channels to reserve a consultation slot.
  9. A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment. A 15-minute grace period is automatically granted to virtual meetings, after which, the CPA reserves the right to cancel and reschedule the meeting. Replacement slots cannot be guaranteed immediately. Cancellations may lead to the CPA opting to complete the consultation session via e-mail or phone call.
  10. Strictly no refunds on the consultation fees or the professional services already performed.
  11. By providing client’s signature and approval on the relevant tax forms, the client attests that they understand all the tax positions taken on the tax forms and they agree with any strategies taken on the returns, which in turn, releases the tax preparer from any further responsibilities. Ensuing correspondences from the relevant tax authority, if any, is therefore the responsibility of the taxpayer.
  12. The final review and approval provided by the taxpayer-client means they understand the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all information provided to the firm, making the client solely responsible thereafter. The CPA cannot transmit a tax return without client’s final review and approval.
  13. To ensure timely filing of tax forms, the Firm requires the client to complete their questionnaire and provide complete documents at least 30 days prior to the tax filing deadline. Failure to comply with the 30-day allowance will result to expedited services subject to additional fees and the CPA’s availability. Front-Row clients are allowed at least 15 days prior to the tax filing deadline.
  14. This year’s tax return preparation process continue to be all-electronic with a paperless document-gathering system. Clients will have to upload all their documents into our secure online portal on time to get started. Beyond Tax Solutions currently doesn’t offer walk-in services where clients bring in their documents in-person and wait for their tax return to be completed. The consultation is done through Zoom or WhatsApp.
